TenderAsaan - Smart Tender Management Platform

TenderAsaan is a web-based AI-powered platform built to streamline the tendering workflow for vendors and contractors in Pakistan. The system automates tender collection, displays them in a central feed, and uses AI to generate summaries. With enhanced support for company onboarding, custom tender uploads, and an integrated chatbot for guidance, the platform significantly reduces the manual effort involved in finding and responding to tenders.

Abstract

Objectives

1. Module 1 - Tender Feed Display:
o Automatically fetch and display tenders from government sources (PPRA, Punjab PPRA, etc.)
o Show tenders in a user-friendly card-based UI with filters, tags, and sorting.
2. Module 2 - AI-based Tender Summary Generation:
o Use NLP models to extract and summarize key information from uploaded or linked tender documents.
o Help users make quicker bidding decisions.
3. Additional Features:
o Chatbot Integration: To guide users through the platform, explain features, and answer common questions.
o Company Registration: Allow companies to create verified profiles for submitting and tracking tenders.
